Technical Delivery Manager

Own delivery across our platform and the tools we build for clients.

We help companies move from AI curiosity to AI capability. We embed in their leadership teams and leave behind the tools, habits and confidence they need to keep going after we leave. Our ethos is simple. Help, not hype. People before prompts.

Send your CV, LinkedIn and links to anything you’ve built, with a short note.

What we’re looking for

Someone to own and manage delivery across everything we build: our own platform and the tools we build for clients. You’ll decide what gets built and in what order, break it down, keep the engineers moving and keep clients in the loop.

Right now that work sits with our engineering lead alongside architecture and development, and the switching between the two is costing us real capacity.

Strong product instincts matter here more than a product title. We want someone who cares what we build, and is brilliant at getting it shipped.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • You’ll decide what gets built next and in what order, working with Dan, Matt and our Engineering team.

  • You’ll turn decisions from meetings into tickets, with enough detail that a developer can actually start.

  • You’ll run sprint planning and keep the backlog honest.

  • You’ll turn client requirements into a scope of work, with effort estimates, timelines and commercial shape, then own it through to signature.

  • You’ll take incoming client work into the business and through the engineering team. That’s our biggest bottleneck today and the first thing we’d want you to own.

  • You’ll track delivery across every live surface, so nobody has to ask where something is, and you’ll run the day to day: standups, blockers, scope changes, risk.

  • You’ll plan resource for discovery, pull the findings into a discovery report and a proposed solution, then present it back and get approval.

  • You’ll build and maintain project plans in Asana, including milestones, dependencies and resource allocation.

  • You’ll keep clients informed and manage expectations on timelines, including when the news is bad.

  • You’ll own handover, documentation and any post-project support arrangement.

  • What you won’t own: architecture and technical solution design, hands-on code, or line management of the engineering team. Those stay with our engineering lead.

A bit more about you

  • You’ve delivered software or data projects before, ideally client-facing or in a consultancy.

  • You’re passionate about digital products. You have opinions about what to build, not just when it ships.

  • You use AI heavily in your own work, every day, by choice. You build your own workflow automations, and help clients and colleagues to leverage AI in their day-to-day work.

  • You’re semi-technical. You can read a solution design or an architecture diagram and hold your own in a conversation about approach and effort.

  • You write well, and you’re comfortable putting your name on client-facing documents: scopes of work, discovery reports, status updates.

  • You’re strong on estimation, resource planning and dependencies.

  • You’re credible in front of senior stakeholders, especially when the news is bad.

  • You’re not precious about process. If the answer to every problem is another ceremony, this isn’t the role for you.

  • You’re happy wearing lots of hats. We’re small and this spec will be out of date within a quarter.

What we’re offering

Real ownership from day one. You’d be our first delivery hire, so you’re setting how this works rather than inheriting someone else’s system.

Somewhere you can use AI properly, with the budget and the tools to back it up. It’s the job, not a side project.

Direct access to the founders and to our clients. No layers.
